Currently, we ship anywhere in the US.

We use completely reusable and recyclable materials to pack your order. Sometimes your order may come in slightly different packing than the time before, and that is simply because we are reducing our carbon footprint by reusing materials from packages that have arrived to us! We also use biodegradable packing peanuts for many orders that contain fragile items, but don’t worry! No styrofoam here. These peanuts are made mostly out of cornstarch, and will actually dissolve in water. Amazing, we know! So even though they look suspicious, they are safe for the environment, and a super sustainable way to safely send you your goods.

Shipping has a flat fee of $7.95 for all orders under $100. All orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.

If you contact us before your order has shipped we are always happy to make changes for you! Unfortunately, if your order has already been processed by shipping, we can no longer make changes. At that point, you may use your tracking number to reach out to the shipper and coordinate shipping changes directly.

All orders will be filled within 1-3 business days, and shipped via USPS or UPS. Orders typically arrive within 4-7 business days, unless there are logistical shipping challenges outside of our control. All orders receive an email update with your tracking number, so that you can check the status of your order at anytime during the shipping process.

If you contact us here before your order has shipped we can easily cancel your order for you. Unfortunately, once the order has shipped we cannot make any changes. If you do not open your order and do not wish to keep it, you are welcome to return any unopened packages at no additional cost to you. Please email us for a return label. We will issue a refund as soon as the package arrives back to our studio to ensure you are refunded in a timely manner!

We offer a 30-day guarantee on our all our products. If you don’t love a Boathouse product purchased from our website for any reason, we are happy to issue an exchange or refund (minus shipping costs) for specific products within 30 days of delivery! Message us here to request a return or exchange. PLEASE NOTE: While we're happy to refund or exchange your product, we are unable to return or refund any products that were not purchased directly through our website.

To start a return or exchange, please email us here and we will be happy to help. Kindly note, we are unable to accept returns for products sold as part of a set. If you would like to keep some of the products in a set, we would be happy to exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. Email us here if you have any questions.

After your request is approved, refunds are typically processed within 3 business days. We initiate the refund instantly on our end, but depending on your bank's policy, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

No. While all our fragrances are clean and safe, meaning we take great care to use completely non-toxic ingredients, we do utilize lab-created ingredients in specific cases. Our goal is not just to be clean, but to avoid common irritants as well. Some of those irritants, are sadly, "all-natural" similar to those released when cutting an onion. We take great care to avoid any and all ingredients that can cause the dreaded "fragrance-headache" or just those that commonly cause irritation. While there is no regulated definition of “clean" beauty, we focus on ingredients that are rigorously tested and proven to be safe and effective, whether natural or synthetic in accordance to IFRA guidelines, the strictest European Standard. Our perfumes are made to not only smell amazing and last, but they also contain absolutely no toxins that are harmful to our health! This includes but is not limited to organic toxins, hormone disrupters, endocrine disrupters, synthetic dyes. You will never find: Sulfates Phthalates Parabens Formaldehydes or formaldehyde-releasers Oxybenzone and octinoxate Hydroquinone Talc Coal tar Mineral oil in our Frangances.
